Dr. Ann L. Hardman, a native of Asheville, North Carolina, was passionately involved in advancing the Kingdom of God. She worked diligently to educate, empower, encourage, and develop individuals who desired to better their lives. Dr. Hardman was heavily involved in life skills and leadership development; she spent much of her time traveling around the globe to assist others through conferences, seminars and leadership meetings. Her passion was to impact the lives of individuals on an international scope helping them to accomplish their God given goals and assignments.
The Ann Hardman leadership grant was established in 2018, by Iwanna Jones founder and CEO of Sisters of Salt Inc. This award was designed to empower small business owners with that same entrepreneurial spirit by providing financial support to assist with growth, expansion, special projects, or other business needs. S.O.S.is committed in carrying out the legacy of Dr. Ann L. Hardman by providing this grant. It affords many small business owners a valuable opportunity to progress in their Kingdom assignment.
